These terms apply to all services offered by us in Perth, WA, and surrounding suburbs, including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, end-of-lease cleaning, carpet cleaning, and deep sanitisation services.

4. Bookings and Payments
4.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed via our website, email, or phone. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once the booking is accepted.
4.2 Payment Terms
We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. Payments for one-time services are due at the time of service or in advance, depending on your package.
For recurring services, payments must be made on the agreed schedule.
4.3 Pricing & Estimates
Prices are quoted based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary if the actual job scope differs from the original description.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or failure to provide access on the scheduled day will result in a 100% charge.
6. Access to Property
It is the client’s responsibility to provide safe, legal access to the property. If cleaners cannot access the premises at the agreed time, the full service fee may be charged.
You may leave keys in a safe location or arrange for someone to be present during the cleaning.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to deliver high-quality, consistent cleaning services across all Perth suburbs. If you’re not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will return and re-clean the areas of concern at no extra cost.
8. Damage and Liability
While our staff take the utmost care, accidents can occasionally happen.
Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service or repair/replacement of the damaged item, up to a reasonable value.
We are fully insured and police-cleared, ensuring peace of mind for all clients.
9. Health & Safety
To protect our staff and clients, we reserve the right to refuse service if a property presents health risks (e.g., excessive hoarding, hazardous materials, pest infestations).
Please inform us in advance of any special conditions or sensitivities such as pet presence, allergies, or cleaning product preferences.
10. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information during booking
Maintain safe working conditions
Ensure all valuables and fragile items are secured or disclosed
Not interfere with the cleaners during the job

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will only be used to process your booking, deliver our cleaning services, and communicate with you. We never sell or share personal data with third parties.
